Republic Day is celebrated every year on 26 January. On this day, tableaux from states across the country are seen on the Dutva Path (earlier Rajpath) of Delhi and various types of programs are organised. How to get entry?
Now the question is how to get entry in the parade of 26th January? Actually, for this you have to register first and book your ticket. Earlier one had to go to the post office or government office to get the ticket, but now you can get your ticket online.
You can visit aamantran.mod.gov.in Republic Day You can book tickets for the parade. Here you will have to enter mobile number, e-mail and OTP. If you want to see the tableaux and parade from close, then you will have to buy a ticket of Rs 500. The cheapest ticket is Rs 20. For offline tickets you can go to ITDC or DTDC counter. Once you get the ticket, you will have to reach India Gate by 6 am, where the policemen will show you the way forward.
